Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Notebook STORE wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please check the complete details of our return policy below.

Notebook STORE  7-day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Notebook STORE for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.Returns Policy Products are returnable with the help of return window or link given on the application. If  you’ve received the product  in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Notebook STORE If you find that product is damaged than give return request within 24hrs of receipt of package. 

1 - Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was damaged at the time of you received that item;
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • The product is returned  in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Goods are unused.
  • Returned within 7 days.
  • Goods are in resalable condition
  • Fully packed
  • With all tags (if applicable)
  • With manual (if applicable)
  • No sign of being used.

2 - If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Notebook STORE shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

3 - Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

4 - Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

5 - Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.  

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 24 hrs from the delivery of the product. Return Defective Item We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If your product turns out to be defective: Within 7 days (from the date of delivery) Policy: Upon being returned, the defective item will be refunded or replaced for free. 

Note for return: Please confirm the return shipping address will be same as at the time of delivery of item, otherwise NotebookSTORE.in will not be responsible for it. Please be sure to keep the shipping receipt with you after the return. 

Return Incorrect Item Received If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered,please contact us at support@notebookstore.in    And provide us the picture proof of the error. Please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition in which it was received. Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. 

Return Unsatisfactory Products If you feel that product you ordered was wrongly ordered by you or not useful for you, then just return it within 24hrs of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. And please make sure the item you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same condition. If return is not a result of our error and you make two returns consequently than you will lost the option of COD.

Replacement Policy: 

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply: 

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on NotebookSTORE.in; or
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly. 
  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund..
  • If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
